Minimum Requirements:
• Knowledge of Salesforce.com and Java
• Analytical and ‘out of the box’ thinking
• Minimum of 3 years working as a Business Analyst for software related product delivery
• Degreed
• IT background or qualification
Duties and Responsibilities:

• Apply analytical thinking to optimise business processes and introduce technology where possible
• Partake as a stakeholder in agile best practices for solution delivery (daily stand-ups, regular showcases, sprint planning and retrospectives) and track work with online tools
• Partner with business teams and understand the objectives, goals and potential weaknesses of each business unit and how it contributes to the company’s overall goals and objectives
• Be responsible for producing requirements, assessing possible solutions and their impact and weighing up costs vs benefits
• Partner with the software development manager to produce software solutions that are delivered on time and meets business requirements
• Understand the current AS IS and TO BE processes
• Conduct workshops, write business cases, provide high level impact, articulate the benefits to the business
• Identify and manage stakeholders throughout the process
• Conduct and assist the business with UAT
• Work with hosted service providers, vendors and our internal analysis and development teams to deliver projects, enhancements and production support
• Work with business teams to create and maintain roadmaps for products
• Ensure all products are built to an appropriate level of quality

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree in information systems, or any other similar IT related degree
• Salesforce.com qualification or prior experience highly advantageous
• Formal Business Analysis qualification would be advantageous (BABOK etc.)
• Agile and PRINCE2 approach certification would be advantageous
