Deliver firstand second line technical support on all workstations within area of service.Responsiblefor upgrading and maintaining end-user software versions and equipment.
Co-ordinate,install, set up and complete departmental moves with regards to IT equipment.
Effective andefficient handling of assigned incidents.
Maintenance of all hardware on workstations.
Schedule standby for after hour support
Identify financial and business risks to thecompany and escalate accordingly.
Ensure end user satisfaction with excellent service withregards to assigned incidents.
Professional and efficient communication to relevantstakeholders.
