The Microsoft CRM Developer will support the creation of a complex system in a Microsoft Dynamics CRM environment. Assist IT team as necessary to support end users in general areas of IT
ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Supports the creation of a complex system being built on the Microsoft Dynamics CRM platform

Works with the stakeholders to understand their needs and demonstrate how their needs can be met thru the capabilities of the system

Provides IT expertise on cross functional teams to provide a complete solution that will include custom code when the out of the box functionality is insufficient

Participates in application design sessions and code reviews to ensure accuracy towards business requirements and development guidelines

Participates in the development of system/design documentation to facilitate knowledge transfer and increase application maintainability

Troubleshoots & debugs Internet software technologies
Develops and implements of front-end technologies and coding best practices

EXPERTISE - REQUIRED EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

Minimum of 3 years’ experience with software development, specifically around Microsoft Dynamics CRM

Minimum of 2 years experience working with Dynamics CRM with strong functional knowledge of platform capabilities.

Knowledge of the CRM platforms capabilities and ability to work with the stakeholders to understand their needs and demonstrate how their needs can be met thru the capabilities of the system

Proficient with developing, deploying, customizing and integrating Microsoft Dynamics CRM

Demonstrated proficiency in installing and deploying CRM Organisations

Demonstrated proficiency in customizing and creating CRM entities

Demonstrated proficiency in understanding and implementing business workflows and processes

Demonstrated proficiency in using the either the CRM SDK or plugin platforms.

Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft .NET 3.5+ development using C#

Experience with source control management systems and continuous integration/deployment environments

TRAINING - REQUIRED JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

Knowledge of Dynamics CRM, Microsoft workflow processes, etc.

Hands-on technical experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Experience with formal software/project management methodologies

Knowledge of CRM web portal interfaces, their creation, and management off

Intermediate Competency of the following:
Developing Web solutions using C# / ASP .NET
SQL Server 2008/2012
Web Technologies: HTML, ASP .NET, C#, JavaScript, DHTML
Object Oriented Design and Development

Knowledge of CRM web portal interfaces, their creation, and management thereof

Ability to conduct research into software-related issues and products

ADVANCED TRAINING – PREFERRED JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor’s degree in business or technically related field
Certification in Microsoft Dynamics CRM
Technical experience with Dynamics CRM
Deep knowledge of Dynamics CRM, Microsoft workflow processes, etc.
Basic understanding of:.NET based web portal integration with Dynamics CRM,
Ability to interact as a part of a cross functional team
