The successful candidate will perform the following functions:1.Business Process Re-engineering (BPR). Review as is processes and re-engineer to best in class.Document as is & to be processes using ‘swim lanes’ Obtain input, review and sign off from relevant stakeholders to launch the improved, to beprocesses. 2.Administer/present meetings with critical stakeholders.Pre-read and agenda to be issued ahead of sessions. Minute key discussion points and actions. Ensure completion. 3.Communicate and align expectations (written and spoken skills is key). Majority of communicationchannels is face to face, email, and group meetings. Typical stakeholders:i.Executive level all the way down to specialists.ii.Cross functional – Mostly interfacing with the IT Dept. iii.Interface with outsourced providers: WNS and KPMG. 4.Perform analytics and review reporting using Excel. 5.Log, manage, and track risks and issues. 6.Provide weekly updates – must be presentable and be able to forward to Executives (ideally acombination of power point and excel) 7.Set up 1-1 sessions with key stakeholders on a weekly basis to review progress and next steps foralignment. 8.Will work across multiple business units (HR, Procurement, Real Estate).
