Role details:
The Ops team in the Outsourced Services Department provides various operational services to contracted clients. These services comprise of the running, monitoring & escalation of the day to day processes associated with hosted systems. The job requires shift work (incl. night shift), on a rotational basis, sometimes working alone and as part of a team.

Computer Operator
The Computer Operators job requires high levels of personal responsibility and accountability and must be performed to consistently high standards. The work must be performed methodically and timeously and issues must be reported or escalated to the relevant Support Teams for resolution.

The purpose of the job is to provide computer operational services to the outsource customer base.

JOB REQUIREMENTS -

• Matric qualification or equivalent
• Good understanding of 3rd party Service Providers
