The incumbent will beresponsible to provide assistance to product, operations & services in ensuring processes aredocumented and implemented for new & existingproducts, business processes and operational processes. Compile RFP's, ensure that system changesare implemented & drive URS for the division. Communicate with customers to analyse needs andfunctional requirements. Deliver "use cases" GUI, screen & interface design as required. Evaluateinfo from multiple source, reconcile conflict, decompose high-level info into details anddistinguish user requests from underlying true needs.
