Primary Role Accountabilities:

Design, build and maintain anational, robust, high availability core network and related support
systems across datacentres, aggregation sites and small points of presence.
Design, plan, deploy, monitor andmanage customer services according to expectations and
service level agreements.
Service and technical management of key client accounts.
Design, deploy and maintainVoIP, DNS and other support systems related to customer services
and networkmanagement.
Collaborate on major internal and external projects to meet targets anddeadlines.

Duties and Expereince required.

Core services provider networkdesign and management (10+years)
Customer facing services and product management(10+years)
Network monitoring and management systems (10+years)
Advanced networkand service troubleshooting (10+years)
Intermediate Linux systems administration and systemdesign (10+years)
Long range wireless (10+years)
Peering and interconnect co– ordinator (5 + years)
Voice over IP (VoIP) (5+years)
Human resourcemanagement:
Mentoring of technical resources, co-ordination of inter-team andinterdisciplinary project roll outs.
Pre – sales: Customer requirements analysis,advanced solution design, technical solution
Regulatory and compliance: ICASA, networkabuse management, cybersecurity incident response.
Geographic information systems (GIS):Understanding of GIS systems and geographic data.

Salary: RNegotiable CTC - per month depending on work experience and skill level. Salary is Negotiabledepending on experience and skill level
