The incumbent should befamiliar with processes relating to the administration of Group Schemes and Individual Lifebusiness, should have experience of an insurance administration system as well as be able to connectthe business and technical domains.   THE WORK YOU NEED TO DELIVER Identify, investigate andanalyse problems faced by business and product owners; Accountable for soliciting requirements andsolution design through (JAD) Translate business requirements into workable solutions and documentsolution into technical specifications. Build and maintain relationships with internal and externalstakeholders. Investigate and analyse alternative solutions and propose the best approach to meetbusiness needs. Develop solutions that encompass the entire system (people, process and technology).Assist in the identification of risks and issues pertaining to the implementation of the solutionrequirements. Document the impact and interactions of business process and requirements to supportsystem development. Assist in the design of test cases and test scenarios based on systemfunctionality. Assist in deployment of solutions into production/live environments Investigate andpropose process optimisation opportunities in the context of best practice and improved operationalefficiency. Skills and Experience
