Job Purpose

- Responsible for the day-to-day management of the delivery of value-adding, accurate and relevant analytics services for use by cluster and Centre of Excellence.

Job Responsibilities

- Lead a team of Analytics specialists involved in the support of and delivery of information and reporting, utilising various tools and delivery channels available.
- Advise and make recommendations on end-to-end information delivery, data availability/integrity, report content and solutions.
- Implementation of group data policies, strategy and data management practices related to Data Analytics.
- Hands-on role that includes creation of reports using ready built reporting solutions
- Identifies the need for changes, facilitating workshops to gather solution impacting requirements and writes functional specifications for production support fixes, change requests to existing reports and new development
- Supports end-to-end project delivery
- Participate in defining SLA's and ensure calls are responded to timeously
- Implement structured work processes to ensure efficient delivery of services

Essential Qualifications - NQF Level

- Advanced Diplomas/National 1st Degrees

Preferred Qualification

Foundation Management Programme , Advanced Diplomas/National 1st Degrees

Essential Certifications

- Proficient Certification in relevant technologies

Minimum Experience Level

- 3-5 yrs in a Data Management/Business Analytics/Data Warehousing role
- 3+ years’ Business Analyst experience
- 3+ years’ experience in managing teams
- 3+ years’ experience in SAP FI
- 3+ years’ experience in SAP BW and/or BOBJ
- Experience in financial services highly advantageous
