Urgently looking for a Senior HR Practitioner to manage and provide a comprehensive HR Generalist service by developing and implementing best practice strategies, plans, systems and processes aligned to overall organizational strategy to ensure that the company’s capacity to transform and engage its employee is improved

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
? Matric or National Senior Certificate.
? Qualification (at NQF 6 - 7 level) in Human Resources;
? Excellent PC Literacy;
? Comprehensive understanding of relevant labour legislation;
? Knowledge of COIDA preferred;
? At least 3 - 5 years’ experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE, BUT NOT BE LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING:
Employee Engagement
? Ensure Company induction presentation is updated with correct members of staff.
? Ensure that new Field Engineers are placed on the correct Induction Training. programme in conjunction with the Support Department Customer Competency Training program.
? Support all initiatives to achieve high level employee engagement.
? Implementation of reward and recognition strategies.

Training and Development
? Assist in the management of end to end training external.
? Assist in sourcing external training providers, in line with HR Strategy and defined standards.
? Ensuring that customer specific / internal standards are met with regarding customer training equipment.
? Coordinating and facilitate the Learnership/Internship program.
? Attending workshops / roadshow and information sessions scheduled by the MICT SETA.
? Attend skills development workshops.
? Assist in the development of a training policy, ensuring regular updates.

Recruitment
? Assist in the drafting and posting of advertisements, both internal and external.
? Vetting of applications submitted, if required.
? Submit recruitment for sign off, as per the accepted processes and procedures.
? Advise on the recruitment policies and procedures, ensuring adherence to both legislative and company requirements.

Talent Management and Performance Management
? Facilitate the identification and management of Talent and Key staff initiatives.
? Assist managers to identify and rate employees.
? Capturing of all talent data into correct talent profile.
? Conduct bi-annual Talent Management audits.
? Coordinate the setting of tasks and objectives.
? Monitor the progress of Performance Management and provide necessary reports.

HR Administration and Reporting
? Prepare and facilitate all documentation for WSP and ATR reporting.
? Prepare reports on Skills Development for EE reporting.
? Prepare reports on Skills Development for BBBEEE verification.
? Provide accurate efficient HR information for Internal Reporting Filing for training.
? Preparation of the quarter Newsletter and monthly Communique and News bulletin.
? Prepare and distribution of memo’s.
? Collating finder’s fee and submitting to payroll for processing.
? Confirmation of employment.
? Ensure BBBEE certificates for all HR providers/suppliers
