Key role to integrate multiple system platforms including Salesforce, ERP, operational and billing systems. 
Goal to automate delivery of services and ensure “low-touch”.

Main Responsibilities:

Lead info systems professionals in the maturity of software and integrated information systems, process control software and additional embedded software control systems. 
Evaluate, troubleshoot, document, upgrade and build up maintenance procedures for operating systems, communications environments and software.
Manage and monitor all installed systems and infrastructure.
Install, configure, test and maintain operating systems, application software and system management tools.
Proactively ensure the highest levels of systems, applications and infrastructure availability.
Maintain security, backup, and redundancy strategies.
Write and maintain custom scripts to increase system efficiency and lower the human intervention time on any tasks.
Provide 2nd and 3rd level support.
Liaise with vendors and other IT stakeholders for problem resolution.

Qualification and Experience:

BSc in Computer Science or Engineering essential. BSc Honour or Masters, an advantage.
5 to 8 yrs exp in a Systems Application Engineer / Systems Eng role, within consulting or fin serv firm preferable; or multi-national.
Integration exp in complex IT environ/s. Understand systems implementation methodologies. 
Exp in CRM systems (SalesForce or MS Dynamics).
