Looking for an IT helpdesk consultant from a call centre environment (5 years’ + experience). The chosen candidate will support their customer base with their specific software / hardware / Network issues.Education:
• Matric
• Information and Communications Technology (ICT) related diploma or degree
• Call centre certificate would be an advantage.

Skills:
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in an ICT environment, including call centre Competencies: - Communications skills
• Service Delivery and Support.
• Change Problem and Solution Management.
• Telecommunication operations management
• Capacity and Compliance Management
• Service Delivery Management

Duties:
• You will be required to answer calls, assist clients, search information on the system and update information.
• Keep the client satisfied with service and keep calm until problem is resolved
• Logging of tickets and escalate to correct Technician (2nd Line)
• Technical ICT knowledge
• Telephone management
• Ticket system maintenance (from start to finish)
• Service delivery orientated

Reference for this position is Call Centre Helpdesk Technician which is a permanent position based in Edenvale offering a salary of R 12 000 – R 15 000 per month.
