 JOBSPECIFICATIONS:
Purposeof position:
Promote the sale of computer hardware and software; effectivelyand efficiently service customers in the Reseller Team; Search for and develop customerbusiness.
Key ResponsibilityAreas:

Promote the sale of computer hardware and software effectivelyand efficiently to customers in the Sales Team via Telephone and email

Professionallyand efficiently manage customer telephonic/email engagement with a view to maximizing the clientexperience. This should be achieved through:
Adhering to Telephone Etiquetteguidelines

Continuous Product knowledge improvement (ongoingtraining)

Cross and up sell of unavailable product

Fast but accurateresponses to email and telephonic quote requests

Skillful price negotiation usingsystem tools available (ERP)


Manage the sourcing and delivery of productsto the customer

Generate interest in the company’s products

Keepcustomers informed of new product development and IT innovation opportunities

Presentself in a well informed and articulate manner via the telephone

Work in a teamenvironment

Deal with all customer related queries

Prospect for newcustomers and develop underperforming customers

Report on lost deals with reasons andpending deals (pipeline)

Update CRM to ensure customer understanding and allowproactive marketing

Display accuracy regarding messages, quotes, orders, andinformation given.

Answer customer queries, offer product information-do quotes andprocess orders

Consult with clients to establish the hardware and software needs oftheir business

Ensure customer expectations are met (order taking anddelivery)

Provide after sales support

Increase overall customersatisfaction of new and existing customer base in order to be effective in solving challenges thatarise, and need to be solved for the customer.

Be able to organize time effectively,with the purpose of completing today’s work today.
Job Requirements:


Education & Experience:

Matric passed with exemption (essential)
RelevantDegree/Diploma (preferred)
Minimum 2 years front line sales experience(essential)

TechnicalCompetencies:

MS Office Suite (Intermediate –essential)
Knowledge of CRM and ERP system (preferred)
