Knowledge & Experience:Matric (Grade12)
A Chartered Accountant CA (SA) with a minimum 5 years senior executive experience
A minimum of 10 Years’ experience in the ICT industry, 5 of which must be at SeniorExecutive Level
Financial & Leadership experience, which includes strategic financialobjectives & operating procedures
Experience in working with Board of Director LevelExecutives, deep understanding and experience in Strategy development process, Corporate Governanceas well as sound business planning skills
Provide hands-on functional management forday-today operational activities related to accounting & finance, including – Finance,budgeting, forecasting, reporting, financial analysis, audit, management of funds & cash flow,pricing, contracts, tax & direct oversight of audit function
Experience in pricingnegotiations with vendors & major deals
Commercial & Risk ManagementExperience
Experience in deal making will be an added advantage
