Knowledge &Experience:Matric Certificate (Grade 12)
CompTIA A+Essential
CompTIA N+ or IT Diploma , MCITP or MSCE 2012 (Desktop Engineer) (Current towithin 18 months)
5 years’ experience to IT systems in an environment with 300 ormore users
Min 3-5 years Previous Supervisory / Management role
Advanced knowledgeof IP networking and protocols, e.g. HTTP, FTP, SMTP, DNS, WINS, and DHCP
Advancedknowledge of network services, e.g. email / internet / firewall / Proxy
Advanced knowledgeof Microsoft Windows client operating systems (Windows 7, 8,1 & 10 )
Advanced knowledgeof commonly used applications (Office 2013/16, , Internet Explorer)
Mobile devicetroubleshooting
Detailed knowledge of computer hardware (Desktops, laptops, components& peripherals)
