• Develop and implement solutions in line with business requirements with adherence to existing processes and procedures.
• Develop solutions that meet strict industry security standards
• Collaboratively work with Business Analysts and Subject Matter Experts in order to develop applications that meet customer expectations.
• Provide written and verbal feedback to all relevant stakeholders, team members and management as and when required.
• Provide Subject Matter Expert support that is relevant, concise and considers all aspects of the subject matter in context to the company and its systems
• Provide estimates, whether high level or detailed, in a manner that has considered all aspects of the task and as accurate as possible
• Translate every functional and non-functional requirement into system requirements without omission
• Participate in and / or contribute to the development of company Best Practices and Standards
At least 7 years’ experience in any of the following:
• C#.Net or VB.net Development
• Class libraries
• Web Services
• Windows Services
• WCF Services
• Windows Forms Applications
At least 3 years’ experience in any of the following would be considered advantageous:
• MVC
• JavaScript
• Knockout
• HTML5
• WCF services
• Visual Basic 6
Experience in the following would be a distinct advantage but is not essential:
• Experience in the insurance industry
• IAA(insurance application architecture)
• Middleware Integration (BizTalk)
