Topro-actively interface with all relevant Telkom departments and external customers and partners. Tointerface with Customers and Dealer bothtelephonically, via email and possibly face to face. To support customer needs and requirements, aswell as the sales team and to expedite customerand dealer queries and requests. To ensure timely and accurate execution of all the sales supportand administration processes and procedures and actas a single point of contact to resolve queries and respond to requests from customers, dealers andsales staff.
