JUNIOR ACCOUNTS PAYABLE ADMINISTRATOR FINANCEThe Junior Accounts Payable Administrator will report to the Head of Creditors, the successful candidate
will be based in Midrand and will be responsible for the following:
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
?Monthly accounts payable reconciliations;
?Obtaining monthly vendor statements;
?Preparation of payments, sorting out all queries on accounts
?Scrutinizing pods, ensuring VAT requirements are met;
?Capturing of sundry invoices;
?Follow up on outstanding credits;
?Ensuring all sundry entries are captured before month end and queries sorted out with Book keepers.
?Assisting with filing and tracking of payments out for signatures.
REQUIREMENTS
?Matric certificate is essential and a tertiary qualification will be an advantage
?Minimum of 2 years experience
?Pro-active self-starter
?Strong excel skills
?Be willing to go the extra mile
?Excellent Communication skills
?Be able to work in a pressurized environment
