In this role you will need to ensure your team hunts new business, grows existing business and drive them to be the best sales team in the industry, you are expected to ensure targets and KPI’s are met and reporting is done. You will be responsible for the day to day running of your team. You will need to have excellent organizational skills, time management skills and communication skills as you will be expected to run the sales team nationally.

In order to secure an interview you will need to have experience of at least 5 years in the clearing and forwarding industry, clear understanding of the terms, as well as having experience of doing your own clearing and forwarding and a strong sales background and operational know how. You will need to have strong leadership qualities and have a solid sales and/or management experience from the clearing and forwarding industry. Qualification:
Degree: BCom. or equivalent qualifications.

Experience:
Minimum 5 years’ experience in the Clearing & Forwarding industry.
