STATE THE MAIN PURPOSE OF THEJOB:
1)       Responsible for Subscriber management solution aBSS(Business Support System and Operation System specialist) support
2)       Day to day operations of SMS system and its maintenanceand DB management
3)       Responsible for Integration with CASservers, MNO billing, wallet, airtime and other interfaces and ERP system

SMS uptime 99.999%
Interacting with MNOteam and help in implementing Subscriber management solution 
 Launch time lines
Day today operations of SMS system and its maintenance and DB management and back management including DRsystem
SMS operations and Backup and DR management
Responsible for Integration with CAS servers, MNObilling, wallet, airtime and other interfaces and ERP system
Integrations with other applications & management
Ensuring customer provisioning and management
Customer provisioning
Ensuringresolution time are followed by SMS vendor
Resolutiontime
Document management
Updated records management
 
KEY DECISIONS MADE  

Decides about SMS system day to dayoperations and its maintenance
Works with SMS vendor for resolution management

·        SMS manager ·         Broadcasts Head  PLANNING State specific long term & short term deadlines, if any,which must be met (for example:  incumbent must ensure that all month end statements are readyby 28th of each month).

POST SCHOOL QUALIFICATIONS  

Must be graduate with Specialisation in IT management and engineering specially in RDBMSand application management

  EXPERIENCE  

Experienced in Pay TV and Telecom Industries with 2+ years of experience.
Haveexperience of service portfolios : CRM, CAS, Media Applications, Billingapplications, Credit & Risk, Fraud mgt, Service Provisioning, Technical Service support,Collections, document management, Outsourcing, Partner mgmt, SelfService.
Experience In billing CRM system preferred, specifically in Media and Pay TVindustry.
