The TCM Senior Analyst will be a member of the team performing transactional sub-processes of the End to End Intercompany Accounting processing in a timely and accurate manner, in accordance with defined operating procedures, policies, SOX, compliance and business partner service level agreements. The individual will enjoy problem solving and striving to improve the metric of the operational process.The Senior Analyst will be a member of the TCM Intercompany team. There will be a close relationship with the other team members across the TCM processes.An aptitude for process excellence, IT and other systems and a capacity to work well with people, problem solving and striving for transactional excellence is essential. At least 3-5 years' financial and data processing experience is required.The successful candidate will also have the desire and potential capability to go beyond an entry level role in the TCM sub process. They will be a member of the wider TCM team. Excellent communication skills and to be able to interact with people from different environments, internal to Client as well as external stakeholders, e.g. Client IT and Other Business units, Client Subsidiaries, Holding Co. Contribute to the monthly TCM closing activities, balance sheet reconciliation, identify gaps and steps to be taken to correct incorrect entries.
Adherence to TCM Policies, SOX, Internal Audit, External Audit, Key control questionnaires.
Work with other team members to ensure all team issues are resolved. Such as tax (VAT) compliance, Treasury and cash management for FX rates, R2R for GL coding.

Knowledge and experience

Matric
Completed at least 2 nd year of BCOM Accounting or Financial Management degree
3-5 years' finance experience including month end duties, reporting, monthly accounting of transactions, data capturing and processing, meeting and exceeding expectations and other related objectives.
Excellent MS Office knowledge and skills
Undertaking or a desire to undertake further education to progress career
Ability to adapt quickly in a new environment and work on multiple systems/platforms
