Background: The Business Analyst will be working on theComputer-Based Testing (CBT) project, in order to optimize the current CBT processes. Thisoptimization requirement will be done in collaboration with three other departments. Thesethree departments are presently documenting their current requirements in terms of optimized CBTprocesses as deemed necessary. Once the optimized CBT processes have been documented by them (notprocess mapped), the services of a skilled Business Analyst is required to review and properly mapthese processes for clarification and sign-off by the relevant parties.
Ideal candidate:
Theideal Business Analyst should have some knowledge of CBT systems and/or processes, therebydelivering the process maps of the optimized CBT processes through consultation with identifiedresources in the three domains. Where applicable, the Business Analyst must be able to advisefurther optimizations where relevant. It would be ideal if the Business Analyst has worked within anUniversity environment before.
Output:
The end result will be a comprehensive and fully mappedoptimized CBT process document, which will be used by the project.
