A multinational company specialising in product testing and certification, is seeking the expertise of Project Manager (Western Cape).Requirements:
Grade 12
Project Management Qualification
Financial background
Minimum 3 years’ experience in a project operations field
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and keep within highest levels of discretion and confidentiality

Duties:
• Invoicing on responsible projects done weekly

• Opening up project & assignments on receipt or letter of intent within 24 hours

• Managing projects man-hours and budgets on Evo and informing Managers on 75%

• Projects report to Managers by the 20th

• Manage Work in Progress to be no more than 30 days WIP

• Maintain rates in Evolution with expiry dates

• Report all financial / contractual / commercial problems to line manager and financial manager by COB

• Zero Customer complaints & non-conformance against the TS

• Attend all training and production meetings
• Complete all company compliance when scheduled

• Any other related duties as requested from management

• Preparation completion of VP's within one week of instruction from Manager

• Purchase orders captured on EVO same day as order given

• Inspection notification arranged within 2 hours

• Cooperation level

• Commitment to learn

• Other functions as required by the company
