Purpose of the role:- You will be responsible for managing the full phases of an implementation project:
- Confirmation of scope with the client
- Scheduling of project
- Monitoring and reporting of project milestones
- Allocation and scheduling of resources
- Risk Management
- Progress reporting
- Maintain holistic view of the project and address peripheral critical success factors
- Develop and maintain an efficient and effect project environment
- Co-ordinate and integrate multiple project tasks
- Maintain inventory of primary project phases and current status
- Plan, manage and drive various phases of project through team members
Qualification and experience required:
- Relevant degree &/ Project Management qualification
- Previous project management experience essential (please provide projects overview when submitting CV)
- Literate in MS Project or similar project tracking tool essential
- Willingness to travel locally and nationally
- Prince2 a definite advantage
Skills required:
- Time management and project management skills
- Excellent communication (verbal and written) and presentation skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills both on team level and at client interface level
- Self-directed individual who can relate to people at all levels of an organisation
- Good planning, organising and analytical abilities
- Strong attention to detail
