Knowledge & Experience:MatricCertificate (Grade 12)
Minimum of 7 years relevant experience with designing, planning andtrouble-shooting complex network infrastructure
Expertise in Routers, Switches, Firewallsfrom a variety of manufacturers
Have a high degree of competency in technical areas:Networking Protocols/Services
Have a high degree of competency in Multicast technologies,Packet Analysis and Firewall configuration tools
Certification(s) in areas of expertise:CCNP or higher
ITIL
Knowledge of Vox Telecom policies and procedures
InDepth Product knowledge of all core products and services
Responsible for translating therequirements of the customer into the architecture for applicable solutions and designing therelevant product set combination to meet the requirement
Assisting the sales teams, in acustomer facing manner, in the selection and presentation of the most appropriate technology for theproblem being solved
