The function of the Business Analyst is to translate the business needs into business requirement specification documents that would enable the development team to enhance existing systems functionality or build new systems functionality.

• Facilitate JAD sessions and conduct intelligent analysis of the business environment.
• Compile detailed Business Requirements documents that are easy to understand.
• Ensure all documents produced are evaluated and signed off by the stakeholders.
