Personal Assistant and office Administrator – Midrand

Duties will include but is not limited to:
• Invoicing and quotes
• Prepare contract documents
• Manage contract research content
• Reception Duties
• PA to business owner
• Full scope of admin work
• Proficient in using MS Excel and MS Word
• Run personal/business errands

Minimum Requirements
• University graduate
• Presentable
• Non-smoker
• English first language; Well spoken
• Punctual / Responsible / Reliable
• Own car and driver’s license a MUST

Salary: R 15,000 - R 20.000 Per Month (Negotiable)
