Manage the customers IT equipment store (Cage)
• Ensure all related Systems are updated with asset movement in and out of the Cage
• Provide related Cage reportingKey Deliverables
• Manage the in-scope assets in the Cage
• Book assets in and out of Cage on calls logged
• Receive assets as procured by the customer and check into Cage
• Move Assets between various virtual cages
• Update the implemented Asset Management tools and databases
• Provide contractual and Ad-Hoc reporting both internally and externally
• Assist with IT Asset disposal activities
• Assist with IT Asset shipment activities
• Perform Asset Audits in the Cage
• Assist in the implementation of the Customer Specific Continual Service Improvement Plan
