One of our prestigious clients has aTeam Lead Data Management role available based in Pretoria. He/She is responsible for Independentlymanage end-to-end delivery of data sourcing, enhancement and management services, ensuring qualitydeliverable on time and within budget, to customer satisfaction.Responsibilities:
The team leader isin charge of overseeing the whole data collection process. His/her role is to ensure that the DataManagement team is working accurately by providing coaching, training and technical knowledge.
Provide comprehensive data management expertise that meet customer needs.
Establishstrong communications with Data Operations team, functional leads, project managers and all otherstake holders.
Hands-on coding expertise in Python, Java and SQL in classic Data Baseenvironments.
Experience with SQL based databases, specifically Oracle database.
Requirements:
At least 5 years’experience leading data sourcing / data warehouse projects in a Finance/Insurance/Bankingenvironment.
University degree in Computer Science is an advantage.
Tertiarysubjects including programming, networking, operating system and data & communication encryptionand channels.
