Role details:
- Design the Service Management processes to be implemented
- Design Policy documents for the client as requested.
- Design the to-be Operating model and Organization structure with roles and responsibilities
- Design a Governance structure in line with client’s to-be organization structure
- Business Analysis, Requirement Analysis and Story Writing
- 7-9 years of relevant experience in IT Industry
- Certification on the ITIL framework (at least ITIL Intermediate, Expert is desired)
- Experience of ITSM tools, specifically ServiceNow
- Presentation skills, Active listening, business writing , excellent communication skills, collaboration with the global teams
- UML/Visio diagram creation experience
