Role details:
Responsible for the successful management and delivery of medium projects from commencement to completion within the scope, budget and time agreed to. The projects could be associated with any discipline e.g. property, engineering, information technology etc. Responsibilities would include the co-ordination of different groups of people, from varying disciplines associated with the project. The position requires a strategic focus.

Job Outputs / Deliverables:Ensure Management of scope incl coverage of customer requirements and create based on estimations
Manage budget
Manage risk
Manage Delivery against schedule
Compliance to procedures, policies guidelines
Facilitation of PM Forums' Sessions - liaise between client and delivery areas
Stakeholders identified , engaged informed
Effective communication (-timely resolved)
Expectation Management
Reporting in Strategic Forums
advice clients on most appropriate PM approach to meet requirements
Effective resource negotiation ( advise op project resource requirements , capacity , risk)
Effective escalations
Direct & coordinate activities & monitor Deliver
Manage Time, cost quality and risk effectively
Identify impact of projects on all aspects of business operations
Communicate with impacted stakeholders to ensure change management requirements are understood
Ensure change management plan are included and managed as part of the overall Project Management Plan
Essential Qualifications:
NQF level 7 qualification / or 3 year degree ( 4th year/honours preferable) in Project Management or Business management
PMP or Prince certification. (1st level)
GT PM Finishing school
Job Related Experience:
5- 8 years working experience in project environment of which 5 years in a PM role
