Amazon is hiring a Sr. Workflow Analyst for the TRMS organization. The ideal candidatewill possess both an optimization background that enables him/her to manage quantitative planningand a demonstrated ability to think broadly and strategically. He/she will experience a wide rangeof problem solving situations, strategic to real-time, requiring extensive use of data collectionand analysis.

The successful candidate will be a creative and analytical problem solver,who is comfortable in a fast-paced, multi-tasked, high-energy environment. They will be able todemonstrate a history of commitment to exceptional customer experience, bias for action, high levelof dedication, enthusiasm, motivation, and intelligence.


Minimum of 5 years ofrelevant experience while the ideal candidate will have analytic experience in a large call centerenvironment, candidates with superior analytical skills in any industry are encouraged to apply.
Excellent planning and time management skills with the ability to deal with multiple demands ontime and deal with ambiguity.
Strong analytical, problem solving and decision making skillsthat foster developing creative solutions.
Advanced MS Excel and/or MS Access skills required.Strong knowledge of VB Macros is critical.
Expertise in SQL is required.
Ability to deepdive, conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
Flexible, people orientedand able to work in a team environment.
Experience exercising strong oral, written, listeningand interpersonal skills.
Excellent customer focus and bias for action.
Experience withthe Workforce Management tools is a plus.


Previous experience in capacity planning andforecasting will be considered a plus.
