The business analyst will be responsible for:

Mapping of business processes both “As Is” and “To Be”  (end to end)
Documenting of Roles and Responsibilities with RACI analysis
Analysis and design of new requirements
Facilitation of JAD sessions
Documentation of business requirements to the agreed standards and formats as being
Documentation of Functional System Specifications
Documentation of User Manuals
Documentation of interface definition documents
Documentation of Management policy and processes

Description of the job:

Understanding the Investment Banking business and operating model
Understanding FileNet and iBPM
Consultation with both business resources and IT developers on changes required
Building strong relationship with key stakeholders in business
Building strong relationships with key suppliers
Raising key risks / concerns
Constantly reviewing and improving the processes
Coordinating and Assisting with testing
Coordinating the complete change management process
Providing post implementation support
Providing user training

Experience:

3-5 years in the role of a business analyst
Understanding of Loans Products will be an advantage
Relationship building
The ability to analyse large amounts of information and summaries in a format that is easy to understand and communicate
FileNet and iBPM systems experience advantageous
