To help us drive our success into the future, we are looking for an experienced Endpoint Management Product Engineer to join our dedicated team at our Johannesburg offices. Standard Bank is a leading African banking group focused on emerging markets globally. Job Purpose:

The Endpoint Product Engineer is responsible for the lifecycle management of existing products supporting the endpoint management service within the Bank.
This includes researching different technologies and products within the market place to ensure that the existing endpoint management service still performs optimally and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities/Accountabilities:

Research, evaluate & build potential solutions that would extend to managing Windows, iOS and Android devices.

Product lifecycle management with associated 3-5year roadmaps, that would encompass the following products:

McAfee ePO
Microsoft SCCM 2012
XenMobile
Microsoft Intune
Dell Data Protection | Encryption Enterprise Edition – BitLocker management
Microsoft Rights Management services

Cross collaboration to ensure seamless integration of solutions across multiple domains and operational support entities
Design services using standard product components that meet business requirements
Documenting technical designs, product specifications, deployment and operations guides
Develop robust procedures for deploying and operating services
Demand management in support of current solutions
Vendor engagement during research and optimisation initiatives

Preferred Qualification:

Relevant industry certifications with Microsoft System Centre Configuration Manager and McAfee ePO
Additional qualifications pertaining to Microsoft , McAfee and other end point management products, will be beneficial
