Working Location: Western Cape
Responsible for NOC Surveillance and report
1. 7x24x365 NOC Surveillance
2. Escalation for Alarms & Problem resolution
3. Network Event Severity Level Identification (Critical, Major, Minor and Informational)
4. Monitoring the whole process of the tickets items ,and close the alarms within the SLA.
5. Submiting the daily maintenance report to E-OMS Engineer and Network Monitoring team leader
6. Dispatch and direction of field maintenance staff within SLA
7.Track and push the fault handling process
8. collect and archive the fault report (daily, weekly, monthly, yearly)
9. Cooperation with operator's staffs
Requirement:
1. Degree in Communications Engineering or Electronic Engineering
2. At least 6 months experience in NOC Surveillance
3. Good Command of English in Spoken and Written
