MCSE 2012 Certified First Line SupportEngineer
Requirements:
Must have experience in an IT Customer Service environment
Extensive Service Desk Environmentknowledge
Must have experience in IT Support
Microsoft Certification is critically required, MCSE 2012certification
Must haveentry to mid-level experience on Active Directory
Must have mid to high level experience on the Microsoft Officesuite (Outlook, Word, Excel etc..)
Must have experience on a Call Management System, and have an understanding ofIncident Severities and SLA’s
Must be able to speak English clearly, must be able to write and articulateextremely well and deal with clients daily
The Job Entails:
Job is based at Datacentrix Midrand Office
No travelling required, but will workon a shift roster
Normal working hours are 8am to 5pm
