Role details:
Placing orders + invoicing + sending through to relevant people for products mentioned below.
Scanning and saving physical stock orders.
Freight arrangement for physical stock arrivals (Details, contact people + generating delivery notes & Commercial invoices when needed) as well as internal shipping requests.
Updating the SARS declaration.
Upload reseller invoices onto the server for access.
Filing of overseas payments for vendors.
Uploading SKUs to SAP when requested.
Update CRM and Hubspot with tracking details for physical stock & closing deals when completed.
Update Resellers with ETAs when requested.
