Purpose of the role:
To provide support to Infrastructure in a Service desk environment

Qualifications and experience required:
- Relevant University degree (3 years)
- ITIL advantageous

Skills required:
- Flexible approach to working hours as shifts is employed.
- IT experience within financial services.
- Knowledgeable on MS Office products, infrastructure technologies (e.g. Windows, Exchange),
- Market Data (e.g. Bloomberg / Reuters), wireless devices/ Smartphones (e.g. Blackberry,
- iPhone, iPad), Good Technology.
- Broad knowledge of hardware, networking and software fundamentals with solid troubleshooting skills.
