Accountable for project delivery,over the entire life of a project (initiate, plan, execute, control,close)

Responsible for all aspects of the project following a formal systemsimplementation methodology based on Prince2 best practices as tailored byclient.

Must be familiar with system scope and project objectives, as well as therole and function of each team member, to effectively coordinate the activities of theteam.

Understands the required project life cycle based on project selection methodsand manages the relevant work breakdown structure; also manages the business objectives and customersatisfaction

Responsible for managing a schedule based on sound estimation techniquesand taking dependencies, resource availability and conflicts into account; being aware of andmanaging the critical path at all times to deliver to project timeframes; ability to manage theimpact to time caused by change.

Responsible for managing resource cost, costestimations, forecasting, and cost control; differentiate between cost, revenue and margin; managethe profitability of the project against the approved baseline and any impact to revenue or costcaused by change. Ability to manage time and materials and fixed price projects; earned valueanalysis and revenue accrual.

Ability to plan for quality within the project plan andexecute the plan; emphasizes continuous improvement through the use of qualitytools.

Accountable for risk and issue management – identification of the riskof negative outcomes, measurement of impact, recognition of when to escalate and management of riskthrough corrective actions. Key capabilities are risk identification, quantification, risk responsedevelopment, and risk control.

Remain informed of the commercial and serviceobligations within the services contract; communicating client's obligations to the team andmanaging delivery against these through the project life cycle

Ability to prepare newservices agreements/variation orders or work orders as needed to clientstandards.

Responsible for formal and informal project communications - verbal andwritten, conflict resolution, and management styles.

Preparing effective ProjectInitiation Documents, production of weekly and monthly status reports asrequired;

Escalation of deviations from planned budgets and schedules and actionplans.

In addition, prepare and support regular client management stakeholderreviews.

Knowledge of change management principles and the client change managementprocess; ability to implement change by being a proactive change agent.

Responsiblefor identifying stakeholders accurately and assessing their support, creating a stakeholderengagement and management strategy.

Guide and direct the project team to ensureproper, timely completion of work.

 Assign and monitor tasks based on skills,experience and availability; clearly communicating task priorities, helping personnel and adjustingworkload as needed.

Accountable for actual performance against planned performance toensure scope, schedule, quality and budget goals are met or exceeded
Educational Qualifications:
Relevantdegree / Diploma
Prince2 / PMBok Certified (Certified copies to be submitted uponrequest)
3 years Project Management experience
