Qualification:
Degree in Logistics Management

Experience:
At least 5 years production and warehouse administration experience within FMCG environment


Skills Required:
Extensive Knowledge of stock taking and reconciling
Extensive Excel Knowledge
Aptitude for computers and systems implementation
Ability to operate well under pressure
Execution of the materials requirements plan to suppliers in order to ensure 100% raw material availability.
Manage and control inventory levels according to seasonal trends and target stock.
Ensure that financial exposure on concentrate is highlight to Management.
Assist with communication to suppliers with regards to new product development and graphic changes.
Manage purchase order through SAP and places orders with suppliers via email.
Coordinate delivery schedules with suppliers to ensure no interruptions to production due to running out of raw material.
Send updated material forecast to suppliers on a monthly basis.
Check daily 14 day rolling production plans and communicate concentrate shortages to P&F Manager.
Manage new product and graphic changes.
Update Figure orientated
Bill of Materials.
