? Defining corporate SharePoint strategies in collaboration with key SharePoint stakeholders

? Manage the SharePoint Hardware and Infrastructure to ensure optimal performance, storage capacity planning
? Recommend and provide a capacity plan for the next 1-3 years expansion requirements and continually update to ensure no business interruptions
? Keep abreast of new technologies and SharePoint related technologies that will better serve customers
? Mentor more junior SharePoint developers, review their technical deliverables, and provide technical leadership across multiple teams.Working with team to define, document and implement Center of Excellence internal processes
? Working with the team and designated divisional champions to provide SharePoint End User support, training, guidance and direction
? Working with team and customers to identify and specify business requirements and design SharePoint processes to meet business needs
? Providing recommendations and guidance on key SharePoint project related decisions
Researching and evaluating alternative solutions and recommending the most efficient and cost effective solution considering requirements, available SharePoint technology and Governance and Best Practice guidelines
? Participating in Requirements Analysis; designing Applications based on System Requirements; promoting top code quality by leading design and code reviews, and solving challenging issues related to performance tuning and scalability.
