Role details:
A globally renowned Investment Business is looking for a Senior UX Ninja.
This role works with and provides UX design services across digital marketing and all business segment. The Senior UX Designer is involved in and contributes to the conceptual development and delivery of visual design

Skills & Requirements University Degree majoring in User Experience, or certified from Human Factors International or equivalent.
Experience within a digital media or performance media firm, tracking, measuring and optimising digital campaigns is required.
Experience in working within a marketing/business intelligence environment working with analytical software (e.g. Google Analytics, SiteCatalyst, Coremetrics, etc.)
High level of experience in data analysis techniques
Strong proficiency with AXURE or equivalent software and Microsoft Word and PowerPoint for producing reports and presentations
Experience in identifying and validating strategic and tactical marketing objectives and in measuring and analyzing online marketing campaigns including: natural and paid search, email, affiliate, display and social
Experience in working with website optimisation tools for A/B and multivariate testing, e.g. Google Website Optimizer, Visual Website Optimizer, Optimizely, Maxymiser, etc.
Scope
Participate in digital campaign and project brainstorms or user-focused offerings.
Work closely with the IA in developing an overall strategic plan.
Provide screen-based solutions focusing on UI design and concepting across channels such as mobile, web, PC applications and interactive TV.
