Job Description
To manage and resolve Desk Side requests to completion within service level objectives
Update status changes, asset details, user and location assignment information in Asset management system via Barcode Scanner or manual entry
Transfer licensed software to replacement hardware
Copy of user profile and data
Physical swap-out of hardware
Clean data from PC hard drive
Manage requests for warranty call
Manage loan devices
Set up meeting rooms
Provide hands-on assistance to users
Install software as approved

Qualifications
Degree or certificate in IT Services area ITIL Service Management Foundation Certificate A+ Certification
Skills
Minimum 2 years experience in a technical customer service role Technical troubleshooting of a wide range of desktop and infrastructure systems Willingness to travel at times Proficient in MS Word, Excel,. Outlook and Lync Knowledgeable with Helpdesk tracking ticket system
