• Installing Monitoring Software
• Trouble shooting of issues
• Engaging with the vendors
• Working closely with products and services
• Consulting with Architecture

Key Responsibilities/Accountabilities
• To manage the monitoring domain by Implementing solutions and provide advice to business across multiple problem sets, working with vendors to improve IT monitoring solutions.

Preferred Qualification and Experience
Degree or Diploma in IT
Certification in Product Suite

Knowledge/Technical Skills/Expertise • Capability to build monitoring systems. Configure agents to communicate with monitoring systems
• Capability to operate on multiple operating systems, understanding hardware configurations.
• The identification of new and emerging hardware, software and communication technologies, products, methods and techniques and the assessment of their relevance and potential value to the organization. The promotion of emerging technology awareness among staff and business management.
Knowledge and understanding of various IT systems and related configurations as applied within a specified business environment
