Setting and management of annual budget
Staff management and leadership
Analysis of the IT needs of the business
Software management and licensing
Network management
Develop and maintain technology policies, standards and procedures
Inventory and procurement management
Offer hands on technical support
Improve departmental processes
Disaster recovery implementation and support
3-year IT degree or diploma
Relevant IT certifications (MCSE, ITIL)
Minimum of 5 years within an IT management role
Minimum of 5 years in the role of Server Engineer (LAN and WAN experience)
