Our client in retail finance is seeking a Business Analyst with project management abilities. As the only internal IT resource you will also be required to manage outsourced developers and infrastructure teams.- Acting as a liaison from outsourced software developers to the business.
- Ensure timeous delivery of projects.
- Implement an upgraded/new debts collections software and capture functional specifications of the software.
- Analyse software and strong understanding of how to interpret business needs and translate to applications’ requirements.
- Write SQL reports into Ms Excel spreadsheets for management
- Manage junior infrastructure support person on mobile applications.

- Degree/diploma in IT Business Analysis, information systems or similar
- 5 years Business Analysis experience in a finance environment
- Strong BA/PM skills with a track record of change delivery in Business and IT
- Experience in retail/e-commerce will be beneficial
- Ms SQL and Ms Excel reporting experience
- Exposure to IT software and infrastructure environment
