- Remote and telephonic support of leading desktop accounting packages- Configuration of software
- Testing of changes within the software
- Report writing
- Relevant degree or diploma
- Above average computer literacy with experience in the support of ERP applications
- Knowledge of accounting principles is essential
- Experience with stock / inventory control systems would be advantageous
- Ability to write SQL statements
