This car rental company forms part of a large organisation based in Dubai and are internationally recognized for their world class performance. This position would be responsible for the overall business development, strategic operational, marketing and sales management with specific responsibility of business planning, communications, and building a productive workplace.
Qualification:
Matric/Grade 12
A Degree in Business Administration or a related field is a necessity for this position.
MBA is preferred.
Experience:
Minimum 15 – 20 years of experience in the Car Rental Industry is a must and internationally is preferred.
Skills and requirements:
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Excellent interpersonal and coaching skills
- Exceptionally Strong Business Acumen.
- Strong leadership skills.
