Are you ready to lead your own sales team?This global freight forwarding company who has a strong international footprint and offer the full supply chain solution are looking for a dynamic and target driven business development consultant to lead a team of two sales executive in their Cape Town branch.

In this role you need to have proven sales track record and management experience in a freight forwarding environment. Have at least 5 years in the clearing and forwarding industry with the drive to push your team to succeed.

If you have experience in freight forwarding industry, and are able to demonstrate your ability to meet targets with management experience and the desire to grow within this well-established global company then this is an excellent opportunity for you.

Qualification:
Matric
Degree would be an advantage

Experience:
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in clearing and forwarding sales
Must have experience in seafreight, airfreight, imports and exports

Skills Required:
Achieve individual targets.
Hunting new business and closing the deal.
Drive to succeed.
