Experience:
Minimum 5 years experience as an IS manager or Technical Lead
Minimum 5+ years .Net experience (C#, ASP.Net or VB.Net)

Project management
Duties:
To participate in and provide input into the design, re-design and development of technology products and applications/systems.
To contribute to and lead the specification and software design phases of the software development life cycle.
To manage the design and implementation of new software development and enhancement efforts, and coordinate systems installation and software testing with other technologists.
To support and assist users with the isolation and resolution of software issues.
To lead root-cause analyses, communicate options for resolution and provide recommendations to customer-facing technology problems.
To provide technology-enabled solutions together with the IT Architect to address complex business problems.
To perform technical systems specification (TSS), code, unit code testing, systems testing, and system integration testing reviews.
To work closely with other information technologists to produce high-quality, IT-enabled applications, products and services.
To be responsible for the overall technical implementation of applications, and frequently interact with internal and external business contacts.
To manage the allocation of senior, intermediate, and junior software developers to projects, change requests, and incidents.
To lead and coach senior, intermediate, and junior software developers.
To ensure that the developers adhere to the standards, policies, and procedures.
To also perform a software development role, unit code testing, systems testing, system integration testing, IT support, and technology communications.
